Prepare your products in and keep them in the Holding Cabinet with steam humidification to be ready for visitors’ influx. Holding Cabinet has electromechanical control. Temperature is maintained at each level independently. Cabinet has two swing glass doors. The unit comes with 5 stainless steel pans and water tank to maintain humidity level. Pans are on 80 mm and can be removed easily for cleaning. Perfect for schools, hospitals, concessions and cafeterias where backup food storage is needed.
